Prescription Advice

Repeat Prescriptions are not taken by telephone, these can be requested via our Book Online Prescriptions page. Alternatively prescription requests should be requested via the computerised repeat prescription slip attached to your last prescription. If you do not have the slip, please write your name and address and full details of the medication required. You can put this into the prescription box in reception or when we are closed there is a black box outside by the gate. You can also request them online, please ask for details.

Prescription requests received by 11:00am are ready for collection after 12:00pm the next working day, from your nominated pharmacy.
